We make high quality, rustic, practical wood burning stoves for home, outdoors, canal boats and caravans.  Wood burning stoves built to order, and delivered all over the UK.

Ideal for the cottage lounge, allotment, shed, utility room, caravan, boat, yurt, shepherds' hut, in fact anywhere you want a practical heating solution!

If you were considering installing a wood burning stove at home or into a touring caravan or boat consider avoiding the hassle of finding one that fits altogether.  Flue diameters, stove capacity etc. are all considerations which can be handled easily by commissioning a bespoke build.  Our prices, even for bespoke, can be very competitive against foreign factory imports.

We are catering specifically to folk who have bespoke needs, and all stoves are designed and individually made to order working closely with the client and our small team of four local experienced professionals.

With over 40 years engineering and outdoor living experience our expert adviser Rob will ensure the stove you order is practical and effective, as well as meeting your specific design requirements.  Whether you need a little stove to keep your two berth toasty warm, or something bigger for a larger lounge, boat, caravan or camper, we will make the stove to a size that suits you and deliver it to you.  With updates during the production process you will feel part of the story, and end up with a stove you will be talking about for years.  Our stoves are practical, rustic and robust, we do not make flouncy or decorated ornamental stoves.

Our stoves can double up as a traditional hotplated gypsy style boat or caravan stove, so the top can be used for pans and kettles! No need to waste your gas boiling a kettle when there's a stove on the go!

Nothing can make a boating, caravanning or camping experience more beautiful than a lightweight, well designed and practical stove burning real wood right there in your caravan.

And nothing warms a home like a real wood fire!

Experience and craftsmanship combined with low overheads means we are able to offer a bespoke service at a price that would make many chandlers and stove importers blush!  Our design can cost just from as little as £200 for a basic box stove alone or £250 with stove glass in the door, (regardless of size up to 45cm x 60cm x 60cm, a larger stove doesn't cost more as it is slightly simpler to construct) we will then deliver charged at £1 per mile one way, calculated using AA routeplanner from Eccleshall, Staffordshire.  Collection is fine!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE YOUR INSTALLATION:

Whenever wood or coal is burned Carbon Monoxide (CO) is produced and the proper precautions must be taken.

Simply, ensure your chimney is in good order if you will be using a stove at home, and ensure good ventilation under all circumstances.

There is no need to panic, humans have been burning these fuels since prehistory, but Carbon Monoxide is toxic and potentially lethal, and the recent upsurge in using wood and coal has lead to some tragic deaths.

Wherever you use a wood or multi-fuel burner in an enclosed space you MUST have a CO detector/alarm installed.

If your chimney has been out of use for some time, you will need to ask your local chimney sweep to do a smoke test on your chimney. If you are handy and you know how, it's perfectly fine to do it yourself. If the smoke test fails you will need to have a chimney liner put in before you install.

This step shouldn't be avoided, Carbon Monoxide can seep through cracks in blocked chimneys into your own house, or even next door.

Always ensure your chimney is swept regularly, at least once a year.

Ventilation is essential, even in a modern tent. Enough Carbon monoxide can be trapped inside a modern zipped up tent to cause death. Never use a wood-burning stove in an area that isn't well ventilated. The same precautions should be taken in a tent, caravan, boat, yurt or house.

Our stoves are robust and practical, but like all stoves used wrongly they can be dangerous.
